Gas treatment is performed to bring its parameters and quality into accordance with the requirements of the manufacturer of gas-consuming equipment.
The quality of the gas must ensure reliable protection of equipment from the negative effects of the liquid fraction and mechanical impurities in the gas.
In order to increase gas pressure (for example, before supplying gas to a gas turbine unit), booster compressor stations are used.
