RANGE OF BOILER PLANTS
Automated modular boiler plant is a separate structure without internal partitions, created from several blocks. The metal frame of the building is covered with multilayer sandwich panels. Their thickness is 5-15 cm and depends on the climatic conditions in which the unit will operate. Technical equipment is selected based on the required productivity and other customer requirements.
Our boiler houses have a wide range of capacities. When assembling a full-fledged BMK system, not only the main boiler equipment is used, but also auxiliary devices responsible for the generation of heat energy, automation of the entire process and other functions. To remove flue gases, the building is equipped with a network of heat-insulated flues and chimneys.
BMK DELIVERY SET
The basic delivery set of the automated modular gas boiler plant includes:
- Steel frame modular building;
- Steam, diathermic, hot water boilers and steam generators;
- Gas or combined burners;
- Line for supplying gas or liquid fuel;
- Network pumps;
- Instrumentation and automation kit (control unit, alarm, equipment for monitoring parameters);
- Source water and electricity meters;
- Heating and ventilation systems;
- Smoke stack of a certain length;
- Operation documentation and equipment passport.
Additionally, the automated block gas boiler house may include:
- Independent heat supply, hot water supply or ventilation circuits;
- Gas reduction line;
- Heat metering systems;
- Custody gas flow metering.
